Dr. Koichi leads Immunoregenix, a regenerative medicine initiative centered on lipid replacement therapy (LRT), immune system optimization, and advanced diagnostics to support neurological repair and optimization, immune resilience, and optimal aging. In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Tanji serves as an Assistant Professor at Bastyr University, where he teaches biochemistry, psychology, and nutrition to graduate students. His work is recognized internationally, and he actively collaborates with clinics and research initiatives in Japan and Europe to help expand access to advanced integrative and cellular regenerative approaches grounded in science and safety. His academic background also includes an AS in Exercise and Sports Science and a BS in Human Nutrition, providing a strong foundation for his work in metabolic health and cellular optimization with a focus on athletic performance. As a Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN) with earlier careers in sports nutrition and personal training, Dr. Tanji brings a performance- and physiology-based perspective to clinical care. Dr. Tanji is deeply engaged in cross-border innovation, developing educational platforms, wellness programs, and supplement brands for clients in the U.S. and abroad. His work reflects a commitment to scientific rigor, clinical innovation, and a whole-person approach to healing that begins at the cellular level and extends to the mind and spirit.

 

Dr. Koichi Tanji is a dual-licensed Naturopathic Doctor (ND) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), specializing in cellular regenerative medicine, neurodevelopmental disorders, and integrative psychiatry. He’s also a Fellow of the Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs (FMAPS), Dr. Tanji works extensively with patients facing complex conditions such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, Alzheimer’s, ALS, dementia, chronic fatigue, mold-related illness, PANS/PANDAS, and screen addiction, with a focus on uncovering and treating root causes through a holistic and science-driven model of care. His practice merges functional medicine, nutritional neuroscience and psychotherapy.
